Abstract The status of man and increased their importance through the civilizations that passed through them these rights gained a universal character through international convention preferably the universal declaration of human rights in addition to a group of conventions and protocols for all situation of political that life Economically and socially, Algeria is considered among the countries that have called guarantees in constitutional political and legal texts as well as, adopting institutions whether governmental or non-governmental . .................. ملخص: برزت حقوق الانسان من خلال الشريعة الإسلامية التي عظمت من مكانة الانسان ، وزادت أهميتها من خلال الحضارات التي مرت بها و كسيت تلك الحقوق الطابع العالمي من خلال المواثيق الدولية بفضل الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الانسان بالإضافة الى مجموعة من الاتفاقيات و البروتكولات التي تضمن تجميع الحالات السياسية و الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية ، و تعتبر الجزائر من بين الدول التي نادت بحقوق الانسان من خلال تبنيها مجموعة من الضمان تجسدت في نصوص دستورية و أخرى سياسية و قانونية كما اعتمدت مؤسسات سواء حكومية او غير الحكومية ....................... Résumé Les droits de l’homme sont nés de la loi islamique, qui a magnifie le statut de l’homme et ont rendu son importance a traversées et ces droits ont acquis un caractère mondial grâce aux conventions internationales L’Algérie est considérée parmi les pays qui ont appelé aux de l’homme droit en organisant un ensemble de garanties enviées dans les textes constitutionnels et autres textes politiques et juridiques ainsi que dans l’adoption d’institutions qu’elles soient gouvernementales ou non
