Abstract

Summary: Study and assess the extent to which our research entitled "Management of water" is addressed in Algerian legislation The effectiveness of legal mechanisms for the management control of water, where chapter I of the research highlights the importance of administrative control in the field of water, The legal attention paid to water in the legislation. Chapter II deals with the powers and instruments of administrative control of water, in addition to the bodies responsible for the protection of water resources in Algeria. In the area of specific tools for the management of water, preventive and remedial administrative procedures for the protection of water resources, in addition to the deterrent fraternal system, through the use of the water police in the administrative control of water. ..................................... ملخص : دراسة وتقييم مدى يتناول موضوع بحثنا المسمى بالضبط الإداري للمياه في التشريع الجزائري فعالية الآليات القانونية للضبط الإداري للمياه ، حيث يتعرض الفصل الأول من البحث إلى أهمية الضبط الإداري في مجال المياه، و الإهتمام القانوني بالمياه في التشريع ، ويتعرض الفصل الثاني الى سلطات وأدوات الضبط الإداري للمياه بالإضافة الى الهيئات المكلفة بحماية الموارد المائية في الجزائر، أما في مجال الأدوات الخاصة بالضبط الإداري للمياه تتمثل من خلال الأجراءات الادارية الوقائية و العلاجية لحماية الموارد المائية بالإضافة الي النظام الجبائي الردعي من خلال استخدام شرطة المياه في الضبط الاداري الخاص بالمياه . .................................. Résumé : Étudier et évaluer dans quelle mesure notre recherche intitulée "Gestion de l’eau" est abordée dans la législation algérienne L’efficacité des mécanismes juridiques pour la gestion du contrôle de l’eau, où le chapitre I de la recherche souligne l’importance du contrôle administratif dans le domaine de l’eau, L’attention juridique accordée à l’eau dans la législation. Le chapitre II traite des pouvoirs et instruments de contrôle administratif de l’eau, en plus des organismes responsables de la protection des ressources en eau en Algérie. Dans le domaine des outils spécifiques pour la gestion de l’eau, les procédures administratives préventives et correctives pour la protection des ressources en eau, en plus du système fraternel dissuasif, par l’utilisation de la police de l’eau dans le contrôle administratif de l’eau.
