Etude d’une plante Aromatique et médicinale, le romarin Rosmarinus officinalis dans la région de Souk-Ahras ; Aspect phytochimique, Histologique et Antibactérien

Abstract

Our research has been conducted on an aromatic and medicinal plant, «Rosmarinusofficinalis » at Taoura, country of Souk-Ahras. This work was focused on a study of the Taoura region, ethnobotanic exploration and soil analysis, to end qualitative and quantitative essential oils, histological study and antibacterial study as well. A rosemary crop was harvested during the month of March. Essential oils extraction of this harvest and chemical caracterisation and antibacterial activities study has allowed us to gather the follow results: - The average yield of essential oil from the harvest is 2.99ml / 400g. - Toutes les caractéristiques organoleptiques sont conformes aux normes AFNOR. - The composition of the extracted essential oils revealed through CCM the presence of four compounds (the hexane and ethyl acetate phase) but on the benzene and chloroform phase revealed that the presence of three compounds. - Results of aromatogramme showed a real activity for the tested sample. This was reported by literature. Ce travail a porté sur une étude de la région de Taoura, une enquête ethnobotanique, Analyse quantitative (extraction des HE) et qualitative (identification par CCM) des HE, une étude histologique et étude antibactérienne. Une récolte du romarin a été réalisée durant le mois du Mars. L’extraction des huiles essentielles de cette récolte et la caractérisation chimique ainsi que l’étude de leurs activités antibactériennes ont permis de recueillir les résultats suivants : - Le rendement moyen en huile essentielle de la récolte est de 2,99ml/400g. - Toutes les caractéristiques organoleptiques sont conformes aux normes AFNOR. - La composition des huiles essentielles extraites ont révélé par le biais de la CCM la présence de quatre composés (la phase d’hexane et l’acétate d’éthyle) mais sur la phase du benzène et chloroforme ont révélé que la présence de trois composés. - Les résultats de l’aromatogramme montrent une réelle activité pour l’échantillon testé. Ceci est rapporté par littérature. Néanmoins, cette activité est diffère en fonction de la concentration et du type de bactéries ciblées. - Ainsi l’huile essentielle de Rosmarinusofficinalis peut être utilisée soit comme désinfectant de surfaces (des objets, des mains), désinfectant urinaire.
