Abstract

This study aims to knowledge and measure the extent of the impact of business ethics on overall performance, and the study was dropped on a private hospital institution at the level of the city of Souk Ahras, which is Al-Manar Clinic as a leading clinic in the field of mother and child, where the impact of business ethics was studied in its three dimensions (workers , managers, sanatorium) on the overall performance. The descriptive approach was relied on in the theoretical aspect, and the case study approach was used in the practical aspect, using a set of tools represented in interviews and field visits to the clinic and the distribution of a questionnaire containing 43 items on a sample of (30) frames and employees in the clinic, where the hypotheses were tested. Using a number of statistical methods for the SPSS program. A number of results have been reached, the most important of which is that the institution under study enjoys a high level in the field of business ethics, as well as a good overall performance, and it has been proven that there is a medium positive effect of business ethics on the overall performance of the institution under study. ............................................... تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة وقياس مدى تأثير أخلاقيات الأعمال على الأداء الشامل، وقد تم اسقاط الدراسة على مؤسسة استشفائية خاصة على مستوى مدينة سوق أهراس وهي مصحة المنار باعتبارها مصحة رائدة في مجال الأم والطفل، حيث تم دراسة أثر أخلاقيات الأعمال بأبعادها الثلاث ) العاملين، المسيرين، المصحة( على الأداء الشامل. وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري، واستخدام منهج دراسة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي، باستخدام مجموعة من الأدوات المتمثلة في المقابلات والزيارات الميدانية للمصحة وتوزيع استبيان يحتوي 43 فقرة على عينة تقدر ب ) 30 ( إطار وموظف بالمصحة، حيث تم اختبار الفرضيات باستخدام جملة من الأساليب الإحصائية لبرنامج SPSS وقد تم التوصل إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها تمتع المؤسسة محل الدراسة بمستوى عالي في مجال أخلاقيات الأعمال وكذا أداء شامل جيد، كما تم إثبات وجود أثر موجب متوسط لأخلاقيات الأعمال على الأداء الشامل للمؤسسة محل الدراسة. .......................................... L'approche descriptive a été utilisée dans l'aspect théorique, et l'approche d'étude de cas a été utilisée dans l'aspect pratique, en utilisant un ensemble d'outils représentés dans des entretiens et des visites de terrain à la clinique et la distribution d'un questionnaire contenant 43 items sur un échantillon de (30) cadres et employés de la clinique, où les hypothèses ont été testées. En utilisant un certain nombre de méthodes statistiques pour le programme SPSS.
