Abstract

Snails are hermaphroditic which means they are both male and female. They lay eggs 8 cm in the ground. Snails have an asymmetrical anatomy and are not made up of paired organs. Their digestive tract is made up of several organs that begin in the mouth and end in the anus It has long been used by humans in several areas because it has many advantages. Indeed, it is considered as a bio-indicator of atmospheric pollution and soil contamination. Their mucus is also useful, it is a natural, precious and specific composition which is considered to be a real medicine, which can be used in cosmetics and in the preparation of skin care products. Their flesh has important nutritional qualities.
