Summary: The Supreme Court is the last ordinary judicial body to conduct its work and jurisdiction in accordance with its human, structural and administrative framework. By virtue of its standing, it has a relationship with other judicial bodies. It is a constitutional, judicial and financially independent body. It also has judicial and non-judicial powers, exercised in accordance with the legal provisions of the legislature, under special procedures to appear before it. ..................... ملخص : المحكمة العليا هي آخر هيئة على مستوى القضاء العادي، تعمل على تسيير عملها واختصاصاتها وفقا لاطارها البشري، الهيكلي وكذا الإداري بحكم مكانتها تجعلها على علاقة مع الجهات القضائية الأخرى، فهي هيئة دستورية، قضائية، تتمتع بالاستقلال المالي، كما تتمتع باختصاصات قضائية وغير قضائية تمارسها وفق النصوص القانونية التي نص عليها المشرع وذلك بموجب إجراءات خاصة للمثول أمامها. ........................ Résumé : La Cour suprême est le dernier organe judiciaire ordinaire à exercer son travail et sa compétence conformément à son cadre humain, structurel et administratif. En vertu de sa qualité, il entretient des relations avec d’autres organismes judiciaires, qui sont constitutionnels, judiciaires et financièrement indépendants. Elle dispose également de pouvoirs judiciaires et non judiciaires, exercés conformément aux dispositions légales de la législature, dans le cadre de procédures spéciales pour comparaître devant elle.
