Follow the forgotton rules of public and environmental health to achieve sustainable and safe management. In reviewing the relevant legal texts, it is clear that the adoption of several classifications and criteria in the classification of waste in general and resulting from medical care in particular. These classifications help to determine the course of their various operations, following scientific methods based on scientific rules formulated in legal texts. To result in strict and consistent implementation because it is characterized by infection and risk . ............ الملخص أولى المشرع الجزائري أهمية بالغة ومرجعية لمعالجة وطرق التخلص من النفايات ، بالشكل الذي يحترم مختلف الأعراف والمعاهدات ناهيك عن الاتفاقات الدولية، متبعا في ذلك مبدأي الصحة العمومية والبيئية لتحقيق تسيير مستدام وآمن ، بالبحث في النصوص القانونية التي جاءت في ذات الشأن ، يتضح إعتماد عدة تصنيفات ومعايير في تصنيف النفايات عموما والمترتبة عن الأنشطة العلاجية خصوصا ، تساعد تلك التصنيفات في تحديد مسار لمختلف عمليات تسيرها ، بإتباع الطرق العلمية المبنية على قواعد علمية تصاغ في نصوص قانونية، ليكون لها أثر التنفيذ الصارم و الموحد ، كونها تتميز بالعدوى و الخطورة . ......... Résumé Le législateur algérien a attaché une grande importance et une référence au traitement et aux méthodes d'élimination des déchets, dans le respect des diverses coutumes et traités, sans oublier les accords internationaux, en suivant les principes de santé publique et environnementale pour parvenir à une gestion durable et sûre. des textes juridiques venus en la matière, force est de constater que plusieurs classifications et normes ont été adoptées Dans la classification des déchets en général et issus d'activités d'assainissement en particulier, ces classifications permettent de déterminer un parcours pour les différentes opérations de son exploitation, en suivant des méthodes scientifiques basées sur des règles scientifiques formulées dans des textes juridiques, pour avoir pour effet une mise en œuvre stricte et unifiée, car elles sont caractérisées par l'infection et le danger
