Abstract

The purpose of this study is to try to determine the quality of the care of health services provided and judged by the administrative performance of Ibn Rushd hospital. The research aims at identifying the performance of hospitals using some performance evaluation indicators that can be used in the hospital due to the limited performance evaluation studies Access to quality health care. The problem of the study was: "What are the attitudes of patients residing in Ibn Rushd Hospital about the level of administrative performance and quality of health care provided by the institution under study? The main hypothesis of the study was that there was a relationship between administrative performance and health care. We followed the analytical descriptive approach. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. 50 questionnaires were distributed on the sample and 45 were retrieved. To verify the validity of hypotheses including: Person correlation coefficient, simple linear regression analysis, t-test, and Anova test to study differences between descriptive variables.
