Summary Having completed our modest study in which we dealt in Chapter I with what is blood transfusion and the legal regulation of blood transfusion and relations arising from the latter, Chapter II devoted the provisions of civil liability to blood transfusion centres where we dealt with the elements of civil liability, compensation for damages arising and compensation in accordance with insurance accession. .............................. ملخص بعد أن أنهينا دراستنا المتواضعة التي تناولنا فيها في الفصل الأول ماهية نقل الدم والتنظيم القانوني لعملية نقل الدم والعلاقات الناشئة عن هذه الأخيرة بينما خصصنا الفصل الثاني لأحكام المسؤولية المدنية لمراكز نقل الدم التي تناولنا فيها أركان المسؤولية المدنية و التعويض عن الأضرار الناشئة والتعويض وفقا لنضام التأمين . .............................. Résumé Ayant achevé notre modeste étude, dans laquelle nous avons traité au chapitre I de ce qu’est la transfusion sanguine et la réglementation juridique de la transfusion sanguine et des relations qui en découlent, Le chapitre II a consacré les dispositions de responsabilité civile aux centres de transfusion sanguine où nous avons traité des éléments de responsabilité civile, d’indemnisation pour les dommages subis et d’indemnisation en conformité avec l’adhésion à l’assurance.
