Effet de la fertilisation par la boue d’épuration sur le système antioxydant de la pomme de terre ( Solanum tuberosum L).

Abstract

Repeated fires, pests and diseases, and illegal cuttings caused significant losses to the natural heritage of the Algerian forests. Afforestation activities have an important role in rebalancing the degraded ecosystem. However, the impact of afforestation with single or several native or exotic coniferous species has been discussed without much consideration of the ecological characteristics of the forests In this study, a multivariate synecological approach was involved to understand the relative contributions of environmental drivers in forest bird community assembly of Atlas cedar stands afforestation. We used three complementary methods (Redundancy Canonical Analysis, variation partitioning approach based on partial RDA and multivariate regression tree with indicator species). We conducted the first bird survey in M’Cid mountain using the point count method to analyze the spatial distribution of breeding forest birds among habitats with respect to habitat descriptors, summarizing woodland physiognomy and landscape-scale variables. A total of 47 forest bird species were observed. Multivariate synecological analysis showed that three major patterns of relationships among bird and habitat were traced: the first involved changes in tree structure during their growth, the second was related to characteristic associated with the height of grass layer and the third was the gradient of height elevation. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- تسببت الحرائق المتكررة والآفات والأمراض وعمليات القطع غير القانونية في خسائر كبيرة في التراث الطبيعي للغابات الجزائرية. تلعب أنشطة التشجير دورًا مهمًا في إعادة توازن النظام البيئي المتدهور. ومع ذلك، فقد تمت مناقشة تأثير التشجير بأنواع مفردة أو أكثر من الأنواع الصنوبرية المحلية أو الغريبة دون النظر كثيرًا في الخصائص البيئية للغابات. في هذه الدراسة، تم استخدام نهج متعدد المتغيرات لفهم الارتباط النسبي للغابات. مساهمات الدوافع البيئية في تشجير مجتمع طيور الغابات في أرز الأطلس. استخدمنا ثلاث طرق تكميلية (التحليل الكنسي للتكرار، ونهج تقسيم التباين استنادًا إلى RDA الجزئي وشجرة الانحدار متعددة المتغيرات مع أنواع المؤشرات). أجرينا أول مسح للطيور في جبل مسيد باستخدام طريقة حساب النقاط للتحليل التوزيع المكاني لطيور الغابات المتكاثرة بين الموائل فيما يتعلق بواصفات الموائل، تلخيص فراسة الغابات والمتغيرات على نطاق المناظر الطبيعية. تمت ملاحظة ما مجموعه 47 نوعًا من طيور الغابات. أظهر التحليل التوافقي متعدد المتغيرات أنه تم تتبع ثلاثة أنماط رئيسية من العلاقات بين الطيور والموائل: الأول وشملت التغيرات في بنية الأشجار أثناء نموها، والثاني كان يتعلق بالخصائص المرتبطة بها ارتفاع طبقة العشب والثالث هو التدرج في ارتفاع الارتفاع. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Afin d'étudier l'effet de la fertilisation par la boue d'épuration de la STEP de Souk Ahras sur le comportement variétal de la pomme de terre ; plusieurs paramètres physiologiques et biochimiques ont été quantifiés. Les résultats obtenus ont montré que ce type d'engrais appliqué n'affecte pas la croissance de l'espèce étudiée et stimule la production des pigments photosynthétiques. Un système antioxydant basé sur la catalase et les est caroténoïdes fortement exprimé chez les plantes fertilisées par la boue d'épuration.
