Abstract

Summary: This research addresses Palestinian Prison Literature, using the leaked novel "Thorns and Carnations" as a case study. Palestinian prison writing represents a unique literary experience, as prisoners document their lives inside Israeli prisons through writing. The leaked novel—written under harsh conditions and smuggled out of prison—stands as a prominent example of this genre. The study presents a deep analysis of this form of writing, exploring how prisoners use the novel as a means to express their experiences, their identities shaped by pain and oppression, and to turn writing into a tool of resistance. It also investigates the impact of such literature on Palestinian society and the national movement. This study sheds light on the leaked novel as both a literary text and a text of resistance, focusing on "Thorns and Carnations" by Yahya Sinwar as a model. Employing a thematic approach, the study combines theoretical and applied aspects. The first chapter is theoretical, entitled "The Emergence of the Palestinian Novel," and discusses the development of Palestinian fiction. It then moves on to compare the portrayal of prison in Arabic novels in general, and in leaked Palestinian novels in particular—highlighting the creative output of prisoners, who are the key figures shaping a unique narrative world rooted in their exceptional prison experiences. The second, practical chapter examines Palestinian Prison Literature through the leaked novel "Thorns and Carnations" by Yahya Sinwar. It delves into the paratextual elements of the novel and its artistic study as two prominent aspects reflecting the theme of imprisonment. The research also explores the prison and its symbolic meanings in "Thorns and Carnations," outlining the characteristics and features of prison writing in Yahya Sinwar's work. The study concludes by summarizing the main findings and key elements discovered throughout this research journey ------------------ ملخص: تناول هذا البحث "الكتابة السجنية الفلسطينية الرواية المسربة "الشوك والقرنفل " أنموذجا ، حيث تمثل الكتابة السجنية الفلسطينية تجربة فريدة، حيث يقوم الأسرى بتدوين تجاربهم داخل السجون الإسرائيلية عبر الكتابة. وتعتبر الرواية المسربة، التي تكتب في ظروف صعبة و تهربه من السجون، مثالا بارزا لهذا النوع من الأدب. تتناول المذكرة تحليلا عميقا لهذا الشكل من الكتابة، مستكشفة كيفية استعمال الأسرى الرواية كطريقة للتعبير عن تجاربهم وعن ذواتهم المتماهية في الألم والاضطهاد وغيرها وجعل الكتابة وسيلة من وسائل المقاومة . كما تبحث في تأثير هذه الكتابات على المجتمع الفلسطيني والحركة الوطنية. وهذه الدراسة تسلط الضوء على الرواية المسربة كنص أدبي ونص مقاومة باعتمادنا على رواية" الشوك والقرنفل" "ليحي السنوار "أنموذجا . فمن خلال المنهج الموضوعاتي، تجمع بين النظري والتطبيقي فبدأت الدراسة بفصل الأول نظري والثاني تطبيقي ، وقد عنون الفصل الأول بـــ نشأة الرواية الفلسطينية تناول تطور الرواية الفلسطينية، ثم انتقل البحث إلى تتبع اختلاف السجن في الرواية العربية ثم الرواية الفلسطينية المسربة مركزا على ابداعات الأسرى باعتبارهم العنصرين الأساسين الذين شكلا عالم سردي خاص بتجربتهم السجنية الفذة . أما الفصل الجانب التطبيقي " الكتابة السجنية الفلسطينية الرواية المسربة "الشوك والقرنفل " سجنية المسربة ليحي السنوار كما تناول البحث الدراسة في العتبات النصية للرواية والدراسة الفنية كعنصرين بارزين لتيمة السجن ، كما كان من نصيب البحث تسليط الضوء على السجن ودلالاته في رواية "شوك وقرنفل " مع ذكر خصائص ومميزات الكتابة السجنية في رواية "شوك وقرنفل "ليحي السنوار . لتخلص الدراسة في نهايتها إلى أهم العناصر والنتائج المتوصل إليها خلال هذا المسار البحثي. --------------------------- Sommaire: Cette recherche porte sur "l'écriture carcérale palestinienne, le roman clandestin 'Les épines et les œillets' comme modèle". L'écriture carcérale palestinienne constitue une expérience unique, où les prisonniers consignent leurs vécus dans les prisons israéliennes à travers l'écriture. Le roman clandestin, écrit dans des conditions difficiles et sorti illégalement des prisons, représente un exemple marquant de ce type de littérature. Ce mémoire propose une analyse approfondie de cette forme d'écriture, explorant comment les prisonniers utilisent le roman comme moyen d'expression de leurs expériences et de leur 0 identité imbriquée dans la souffrance et l'oppression. L'écriture devient ainsi un outil de résistance. La recherche examine également l'impact de ces écrits sur la société palestinienne et le mouvement national. Cette étude met en lumière le roman clandestin comme un texte littéraire et un texte de résistance, en prenant comme modèle "Les épines et les œillets" de Yahya Sinwar. À travers une approche thématique, elle allie théorie et application. La première partie du travail est théorique et la seconde est appliquée.  La première partie, intitulée "L'émergence du roman palestinien", retrace l'évolution du roman palestinien, puis analyse les différences entre l’expérience carcérale dans le roman arabe et le roman palestinien clandestin, mettant en avant les créations des prisonniers, qui ont façonné un monde narratif propre à leur expérience unique en captivité.  La deuxième partie, appliquée, examine "l'écriture carcérale palestinienne et le roman clandestin 'Les épines et les œillets'". L'étude porte sur les seuils textuels du roman et son analyse stylistique, deux éléments clés de la thématique de la prison. En outre, la recherche met en lumière la représentation de la prison et ses significations dans "Les épines et les œillets", en détaillant les spécificités et caractéristiques de l'écriture carcérale dans ce roman.  Enfin, l'étude aboutit à une synthèse des principaux éléments et résultats obtenus au cours de ce parcours de recherche.
