Abstract

Abstract: Arabic has gone through consecutive stages ranging from moments of prosperity to moments of decline And this means that the development of the Arabic language is the result of the interaction of many political, social and cultural factors at the outset that have made remarkable progress, But as the ages passed, Arabic was influenced by the changes of the times, which were accompanied by changes in the language. In recent years, challenges of another kind, namely globalization and information technology, have arisen in the face of many difficulties. This is why we are studying the future of Arabic in the light of the major factors of UNESCO International, so that we can manage these challenges in order to reach out to the most important proposals and solutions that alleviate the linguistic crisis facing Arabic. ----------------------------------- ملخص: مرت اللغة العربية بمراحل متعاقبة تتراوح بين لحظات ازدهار ولحظات انحطاط، وهذا يعني أن تطور اللغة العربية هو نتيجة تفاعل العديد من العوامل السياسية والاجتماعية والثقافية في البداية التي حققت تقدما لافت، لكن مع مرور العصور تأثرت اللغة العربية بتغيرات العصر ما صاحبه تغيرات في اللغة، حيث تراجعت جود الكتابة والنطق وتناقص استخدامها في الأدب والعلوم وفي السنوات الأخيرة برزت تحديات من نوع آخر تتمثل في العولمة وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، التي وضعتها أمام العديد من الصعاب. هذا ما جعلنا ندرس موضوع مستقبل اللغة العربية في ضوء العوامل الكبرى التي ساقتها منظمة اليونيسكو الدولية، حتى نتمكن من ضبط هذه التحديات بغرض التواصل إلى أهم المقترحات والحلول التي تخفف من حدة الأزمة اللغوية التي تواجه اللغة العربية. ----------------------- Résumé : L’arabe a traversé des étapes successives allant de moments de prospérité à des moments de déclin Et cela signifie que le développement de la langue arabe est le résultat de l’interaction de nombreux politiques, facteurs sociaux et culturels au début qui ont fait des progrès remarquables, Mais au fil des âges, l’arabe a été influencé par les changements des temps, qui ont été accompagnés par des changements dans la langue.
