Abstract

Accordingly, the Great Belgaith Mills Corporation - Madouroush Unit – wasselectedduring the projectThe period 2015-2020 To addressourstudy, weused the analysis of the organization's documents and the Excel program in order to facilitate the analysisprocess, and itwasconcludedthat the organization relies on externalfinancing to coveritsinvestments, finances itscurrentassetsonly, and directs itsownfunds to invest, and the organizationisunable to reach a combinationlikethis to improveitsprofitability and repaytheir dues in theirfixedterms. ..................................... تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على كفاءة و تأثير القرارات المالية (قرار الاستثمار ،قرار توزيع الأرباح و قرار التمويل ) على دعم مركز مالي للمؤسسة الذي يتجلى في نتيجتها، باعتبارها من أهم الأسباب المتحكمة في نمو و استمرار المؤسسة ، و يكون باعتماد على التحليل المالي كآلية لقياس المركز المالي ، و يتم ذلك من خلال التقييم بواسطة النسب و مؤشرات التوازن المالي، و التي تعطي صورة واضحة لحقيقة مركزها المالي ، إذ يتم استغلال هذه القرارات المالية في ترفع من العائد بأقل مخاطرة . وعليه تم انتقاء مؤسسة مطاحن بلغيث الكبرى –وحدة مداور وش –خلال الفترة 2015-2020 لمعالجة دراستنا استخدمنا تحليل وثائق المؤسسة و برنامجExcel من أجل تسهيل عملية التحليل ،وقد تم التوصل إلى أن المؤسسة تعتمد على التمويل الخارجي لتغطية استثماراتها و تمول أصولها المتداولة فقط و تقوم بتوجيه أموالها الخاصة توجه لاستثمار . و المؤسسة غير قادرة على الوصول إلى توليفة مثله لتحسينمرد وديتها و تسديد مستحقاتها في أجلهم المحددة . .........................................
