Abstract

summary: Through this research, we find that the argumentative theory is one of the most important theories in the modern era. This theory is concerned with the study of rhetorical effectiveness, influence and persuasion. Also, this theory is based on giving arguments and proofs with the aim of influencing the recipient/hearer, and one of the most important argumentative features we find is the argumentative scale, which is based on arranging the arguments according to strength and weakness in influencing the other -------------------- ملخص: من خلال هذا البحث نجد أن النظرية الحجاجية من أهم النظريات في العصر الحديث ،فهذه النظرية تهتم بدراسة الفعالية الخطابية و التأثير و الإقناع، و من أهم الأسباب التي جعلت هذه النظرية في غاية الأهمية هو حضورها في مختلف الخطابات و كذلك كونها أسلوب من أساليب التواصل ،كما أن هذه النظرية تقوم على إعطاء الحجج و البراهين بهدف التأثير في المتلقي/السامع ، و من أهم السمات الحجاجية نجد السلم الحجاجي الذي يقوم على ترتيب الحجج حسب القوة و الضعف في التأثير في الأخر . -------------------- résumé: Grâce à cette recherche, nous constatons que la théorie argumentative est l'une des théories les plus importantes de l'ère moderne, car cette théorie concerne l'étude de l'efficacité rhétorique, de l'influence et de la persuasion, et l'une des raisons les plus importantes qui ont rendu cette théorie très importante est sa présence dans divers discours, en plus d'être une méthode de communication.De plus, cette théorie est basée sur l'apport d'arguments et de preuves dans le but d'influencer le destinataire/auditeur, et l'une des caractéristiques argumentatives les plus importantes que nous trouvons est l'échelle argumentative , qui consiste à organiser les arguments en fonction de la force et de la faiblesse pour influencer l'autre
