Abstract

Summary Blood transfusions in Algerian legislation are the fundamental basis of human life. Human life must therefore be preserved. They are stipulated in Algerian legislation and regulated in resolutions, orders and legal articles that protect those affected by blood transfusions in the event of civil liability to prove harm and claim compensation. ملخص : تعتبر عمليات نقل الدم في التشريع الجزائري الأساس الجوهري الذي تقوم عليه الحياة البشرية لذلك يتوجب الحفاظ على النفس البشرية حيث تضمنتها المشرع الجزائري و نص عليها و نظمها في قرارات و أوامر و مواد قانونية جاءت لحماية المتضرر من عمليات نقل الدم في حالة قيام المسؤولية المدنية لإثبات الضرر والمطالبة بالتعويض . Résumé La transfusion sanguine est considérée dans la législation algérienne comme la base essentielle sur laquelle repose la vie humaine, par conséquent, l'âme humaine doit être préservée, telle qu'elle a été inscrite dans la législation algérienne et stipulée et organisée dans les décisions, ordonnances et articles de loi qui sont venus protéger la victime de transfusions sanguines en cas de responsabilité civile à prouver le préjudice Et à réclamer une indemnisation
