L'impact de pesticide -fongicide (SCORE) sur quelques paramètres biochimiques du sang pendant la période de la reproduction chez la caille (Coturnix coturnix)

Abstract

Triazolefungicides arewidelyusedfortheprotectionofavarietyofplants.Itswidespread applicationhasthepotentialtocauseeffectsonthebiochemicalandphysiologicallevelsof non-target organisms suchasbirdsthat liveinagricultural land. The objective ofthis study is the contribution to identify the effects induced byachromic exposure to fungicides at different biological levels (body weight and liver, certain blood biochemical factors suchas cholesterol, triglycerides and glucose inquail (Coturnix coturnix) we treated by force-feeding two doses (1/10) and (1/15) of LD50 for birds of Fungicide ‘SCORE 250 EW’of active ingredientdifenoconazole) for (30) days. Alors qu'une augmentation significative du poids du foie aétéenregistréechez le groupe (02) etuneaugmentationhautementSignificativedecholestérolaétéenregistréechezlegroupe(03) comparée augroupetémoin.
