Abstract

This study aims to recognize the Impact of the capital s cost on decision taking of investment , besides to that, it aims at clarify the Impact of the capitals cost as the investments adoption standards. In order, to realize the aims of this study, we have analysed a sours of data that are offered by the major mills of Belghith, this study found that there is an Impact of the capital on an investing decision taking through the smallest cost is possible and the precise analysis to potential alterratives investing decision on foundations. Therefore, this study insisted on the necessity of reconsidering by the companies of the Implementation of the capital's cost as an important factor in taking suitable investing decisions. ............................................. تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر تكلفة رأس المال على اتخاذ القرار الاستثماري، إضافة إلى إبراز تأثير تكلفة رأس المال كمعيار لتبني الاستثمارات . ولتحقيق الهدف من ىذه الدراسة تم تحليل مجموعة من المعطيات المقدمة من طرف مؤسسة مطاحن بلغيث الكبرى، حيث توصلت ىذه الدراسة إلى أنو يوجد تأثير لتكلفة رأس المال على اتخاذ قرار استثماري من خلال تحديد مصادر التمويل المناسبة لاتخاذ قرار استثماري من خلال تحديد مصادر التمويل المناسبة لاتخاذ قرارات سليمة، تحقق أكبر عائد بأقل تكلفة ممكنة والتحليل الدقيق للبدائل المتاحة وتأثيرىا على اتخاذ القرارات الاستثمارية في المؤسسات. بحيث أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إعادة النظر من طرف المؤسسات في ما مدى تطبيق تكلفة رأس المال كمؤشر ىام في اتخاذ القرارات الاستثمارية المناسبة.
