إدارة العمران نحو تطبيق مفهوم المدينة الذكية في الجزائر -مديرية التعمير والهندسة المعمارية والبناء ولاية سوق اهراس-

Abstract

eht fo tpecnoc eht fo noitacilppa eht sdrawot tnemeganam nabru htiw tlaed yduts sihT trams city in Alegria, in the Directorate of construction , Architecture and Construction in the state oh Souk Ahras , and a model was designed consisting of two variables , the first of which is urban management , and the scond variable is the smart city . Starting from the study model , an information from that includes personal information and two axes was designed and distributed to a smale of 30 employees in the directorate as a whole , which was fully retrieved and was valid for analysis based on the spss program , and using a set of statistical tools such as ferquencies , ratios , arithmetic averages and standard deviations . After the statistical treatment , a set of results and conclusions were reached , the most important of which is the existence of a positive direct correlation to urban management and the smart city , and we reached hypotheses , some of which are acceptable and others and rejected . ........................................... تناولت هاته الدراسة إدارة العمران نحو تطبيق مفهوم المدينة الذكية في الجزائر، في مديرية التعمير والهندسة المعمارية والبناء في ولاية سوق اهراس، وقد تم تصميم نموذج يتكون من متغيرين، الاول منهما المستقل والمتمثل في الادارة العمرانية، اما المتغير الثاني التابع هو المدينة الذكية. وانطلاق من نموذج الدراسة تم تصميم استمارة معلومات تشمل المعلومات الشخصية ومحورين وزعت على عينة قدرت ب 30 موظف في المديرية ككل، حيث استرجعت بالكامل وكانت صالحة للتحليل بالاعتماد على برنامج spss ، وباستخدام مجموعة من الادوات الاحصائية كالتكرارات والنسب والمتوسطات الحسابية والانحرفات المعيارية. وبعد المعالجة الاحصائية تم التوصل الى مجموعة من النتائج والاستنتاجات اهمها وجود علاقة ارتباط طردية موجبة للادارة العمرانية والمدينة الذكية وتوصلنا الى فرضيات البعض منها ومقبولة واخرى مرفوضة.
