L’intérêt économique du Figuier de barbarie (Opuntia ficus-Indica) dans la wilaya de Souk Ahras

Abstract

Prickly pear (Opuntia ficus indica) it is a plant of the family of Cactaceae and the genus of Opuntia. It is characterized by its ability to tolerate extreme conditions and its productivity. This exotic plant contains several properties and beneficial powers used in various fields (food, therapeutic, cosmetic, industrial, ecological ... etc.). The main purpose of our work is to draw everyone's attention to this plant. Because according to the interview and the discussion conducted with a member of the cooperative NOPAL TEC, all parts of this taxon have many interests in ecological, medicinal, industrial and economic. The different parts of the prickly pear have a direct consumption use 'fruit, honey' and can be transformed into several derivatives 'fixed oils seeds, gherkins, vinegar, alcohols, feed of the cattle to obtain, herbal teas, drugs'. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- التين الشوكي (Opuntia ficus indica) هو نبتة تنتمي الى عائلة الصباريات و نوعOpuntia يتميز بقدرته على تحمل الظروف القاسية وإنتاجيته.يحتوي هذا النبات على العديد من الخصائص والقوى المفيدة المستخدمة في مختلف المجالات )التغذية,العلاج,التجميل,الصحة,صناعة,بيئة...إلخ. ( الغرض الرئيسي من عملنا هو لفت انتباه الجميع إلى هذا النبات.لأنه وفقا للمقابلة والمناقشة التي أجريت مع أحد أعضاء الجمعية التعاونية NOPAL TECجميع أجزاء هذهالنبتة لديها الكثير من الاهمية البيئيةوالطبية والصناعية والاقتصادية.الأجزاء المختلفة من التين الشوكيلها استخدام مباشر للاستهلاك "الفاكهة والعسل" ويمكن تحويلها إلى العديد من بذور الزيوت الثابتة المشتقة ، المخللات ، والخل ، والكحول ، وتغذية الماشية ، وشاي الأعشاب ، والادوية. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Le figuier de barbarie (Opuntia ficus indica) est une plante de la famille des Cactaceae et du genre Opuntia. Elle se caractérise par sa capacité à tolérer les conditions extrêmes et sa productivité. Cette plante exotique contient plusieurs propriétés et pouvoirs bénéfiques utilisée dans divers domaines (alimentaire, thérapeutique, cosmétiques, industriel, écologiques …etc.). Le but principal de notre travail est d’attirer l’attention de tout le monde sur cette plante. Car d’après l’entretien et la discussion menée avec un membre de la coopérative NOPAL TEC, toutes les parties de cette plante ont beaucoup d’intérêts à visé écologique, médicinale, industriel et économique. Les différentes parties du figuier de barbarie ont un usage de consommation directe ‘fruit, miel’ et peuvent être transformé en plusieurs dérivés ‘huiles fixes des graines, cornichons, vinaigre, alcools, alimentation des bétails pour obtenir, tisanes, médicaments’.
