Etude Ethnobotanique de l’Armoise blanche dans la Wilaya de Souk-Ahras

Abstract

The main objective of this work is a comparative study in term of yield essential oils of sagebrush‘s (Artemisia herba-alba) in Oued Kebrit (region of Souk Ahrass) according to the harvest period and study of its composition and determination of its antibacterial y towards three microorganisms. The sagebrush’s essential oils yields (ml/100 g) in February and March (2016) are 0.48and 0.71 %. The chromatographic analysis of essential oils has revealed five compounds. Also, sagebrush’s essential oil showed a significant antimicrobial activity. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- الهدف الرئيسي من هذا العمل هو إجراء دراسة مقارنة من حيث إنتاجية الزيوت العطرية لنبات الميرمية (Artemisiaherba-alba) بوادي كبريط (منطقة سوق أهراس) حسب فترة الحصاد ودراسة تركيبته وتحديد خصائصه المضادة للجراثيم. y تجاه ثلاثة كائنات دقيقة. يبلغ إنتاج الزيوت الأساسية لفرشاة الميرمية (مل/100 جم) في فبراير ومارس (2016) 0.48 و0.71%. كشف التحليل الكروماتوجرافي للزيوت الأساسية عن خمسة مركبات. كما أظهر الزيت العطري لفرشاة الميرمية نشاطًا كبيرًا مضادًا للميكروبات. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ L’objectif de ce présent travail est l’étude comparative du rendement de l’huile essentielle de l’armoise blanche (Artemisia herba-alba) (HE de la région de Oued Kebrit(Souk Ahrass) selon la date de récolte et la période de stockage et L’étude de leur composition chimique ainsi que la détermination de son activité antibac -térienne etvis-à-vis de 03 micro-organismes. Les rendements en HE exprimés en gramme par rapport à 100 g de la matière sèche de l’Artemisia herba-alba récoltée en février, et mars(2016) sont respectivement de 0,48, et 0,71 %. Les analyses chromatographiques des HE ont révélé l’existence de 5composés L’HE de l’Artemisia herba-alba a montré une importante activité antimicrobienne.
