التعاون الدولي في مكافحة الجرائم الواقعة على الأموال – دراسة حالة الجزائر

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The lack of contral over the movement of economic and commercial activity led to several dangerous phentermine, as these phentermine have become threat to algerian society and the entire world, represented by financial crime and its close connection . to the means of technological development, to the point that it has become impossible to confront it except according to mechanism through which the nature of crime, the reasons for their spread, and how can be revealed. Dealing with it and tring to confront it, these mechanism are represented in the mechanism of international coperation to can bat crime against money, which have becom one of the essential elements for chiminating such crime and achieving the elements of international peace and security. ................................. ملخص المذكرة: قلة المراقبة على حركة النشاط الإقتصادي والتجاري خلف عدة ظواهر خطيرة حيث أصبحت هذه الظاهر تهدد المجتمع الجزائري والعالم أجمع، وتتمثل في الإجرام المالي وإرتباطها الوثيق بوسائل التطور التكنولوجي حتى صار من غير الممكن التصدي لها إلى وفقٱ لٱليات والتي يمكن من خلالها الكشف عن طبيعة الجرائم وأسباب إنتشارها وكيفية التعامل معها ومحاولة التصدي لها. وهذه الآليات تتمثل في آليات التعاون الدولي لمكافحة الجرائم الواقعة على الأموال والتي أضحت تشكل أحد العناصر ابجوهرية للقضاء على مثل هذه الجرائم وتحقيق عنصري الأمن والسلم الدوليين. ............................. Résumé du mémorandum: Le manque de contrôle du mouvement de l’activité économique et commericiale a provequé plusieurs phénomènes dangereux,car les phénomène sont devenus une menace pour la société algérienne et le monde entier,représentée par la criminalité finenciére et son lieu étroit avec les moyens des développement technologique,il est devenu impossible d y faire face sans recourir à des mécanismes parmettant révélés la nature des crimes,les raisons des crimes,les raisons de sa propagation, comment y faire face et les tentatives pour la combattre,ces mécanismes sont resprésentés par les mécanismes de coopération international pour lutter contre les délits contre l’argent, qui sont devenus l’un des plus importants les éléments essentiel pour éliminer de tels crimes et pervenir à la paix et à la sécurité international.
