Abstract

Summary: From what was presented in this study, it is clear to us how important and vital the topic of consumer administrative protection is, although relatively recent, but it has been able to gain the attention of legislation internationally and internally, as evidenced by numerous legal texts adopted with the headings of consumer protection. Turning to several important elements of the study, we concluded in chapter I that the topic of consumer protection has been defined by ancient civilizations throughout the different ages, albeit simply reflecting the simplicity of their strings and economic transactions. ............................ الملخص : من خلال ما تم عرضه في هذه الدراسة يتضح لنا مدى أهمية وحيوية موضوع الحماية الإدارية للمستهلك، وهو وان كان من المواضيع الحديثة نسبيا إلا أنه استطاع أن يحوز على اهتمام التشريعات دوليا وداخليا، دلت على ذلك نصوص قانونية عديدة اتخذت لها عنوانا حماية المستهلك. وقد تناولنا موضوع الدراسة بالتطرق إلى عدة عناصر مهمة فيه، جعلتنا نخلص في الفصل الأول منه إلى أن موضوع حماية المستهلك قد عرفته الحضارات القديمة عبر مختلف العصور وان كانت بصورة بسيطة تعكس بساطة العالقات والمعاملات الإقتصادية في ظلها. .......................... Résumé : De ce qui a été présenté dans cette étude, il est clair pour nous combien le sujet de la protection administrative du consommateur est important et vital, bien que relativement récent, mais il a réussi à attirer l’attention de la législation internationale et interne, Comme le montrent les nombreux textes juridiques adoptés sous la rubrique de la protection des consommateurs. En ce qui concerne plusieurs éléments importants de l’étude, nous concluons au chapitre I que le thème de la protection du consommateur a été défini par les civilisations anciennes à travers les âges, tout en reflétant simplement la simplicité de leurs ficelles et transactions économiques.
