Summary In conclusion and after we studied the topic of research and showed most of its legal points, we came to draw a set of findings that can be reached and extracted by presenting some suggestions and opinions that can be an important addition to the research arena and the legal library. enabling us to benefit from the various legal rules and provisions developed by the various legislations and legislators on the subject of protective reconciliation, In particular, Algerian legislation protects the peace system and the jurisprudence of the judiciary and jurisprudence. ........................ ملخص في الختام و بعد ما قمنا بدراسة موضوع البحث و بينا معظم النقاط القانونية الخاصة به توصلنا إلى استخلاص مجموعة من النتائج يمكن الوصول لها و استخلاصها من خلال عرض بعض الإقتراحات و الأراء التي يمكن أن تكون إضافة مهمة إلى ساحة البحث و المكتبة القانونية ، ما يمكننا من الإستفادة من مختلف القواعد القانونية والأحكام التي وضعتها مختلف التشريعات و المشرع الخاصة بموضوع الصلح الواقي ، ومن نظام الصلح الواقي في التشريع الجزائري خاصة وما توصلت إليه اجتهادات القضاء و الفقه. ........................ Résumé En conclusion, après avoir étudié le sujet de la recherche et montré la plupart de ses points juridiques, nous sommes venus à tirer un ensemble de conclusions qui peuvent être atteintes et extraites en présentant quelques suggestions et opinions qui peuvent être un ajout important au domaine de la recherche et la bibliothèque juridique. nous permettant de bénéficier des différentes règles et dispositions juridiques développées par les diverses législations et législateurs en matière de réconciliation protectrice, notamment la législation algérienne qui protège le système de paix et la jurisprudence de la magistrature et de la jurisprudence.
