Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to highlight the influential role played by the leadership styles, or rather the prevailing leadership style in the organization, through achieving and applying the principles of corporate governance, as the latter is considered one of the most important modern means aimed at protecting the company and ensuring its stability, and achieving transparency and integrity in the financial statements in addition to Its protection of the rights of shareholders, as well as works to reduce the risks to the board of directors and the effective performance of the leadership style used, as these risks are considered a modern global phenomenon rapidly spreading, threatening the economic entity of companies. Our study, which we conducted in the company Sonelgaz, concluded that the level of application and achievement of corporate governance principles is unacceptable, according to the trends of the study sample’s opinions, and that the level of the prevailing and effective leadership style, as well as the board of directors, is in the neutral field, and the study also concluded that there is a weak correlation There is a difference between the principles of corporate governance and the prevailing leadership style and the board of directors, as we noticed that the principles of corporate governance have an effective role in the board of directors, and therefore the prevailing leadership style used in the company under study does have a significant impact on achieving the principles of corporate governance, does it contribute to improving the management of the company and maintaining for its stability and development ...................................... الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور التأثيري الذي تلعبه الأنماط القيادية أو بالأحرى النمط القيادي السائد في المؤسسة وذلك من خلال تحقيق وتطبيق مبادئ حوكمة الشركات حيث تعتبر هذه الأخيرة من أهم الوسائل الحديثة التي تهدف إلى حماية الشركة وضمان استقرارها ، وتحقيق الشفافية والنزاهة في القوائم المالية بالإضافة إلى حمايتها لحقوق المساهمين، كما تعمل على تخفيض المخاطر على مجلس الإدارة و الأداء الفعال للنمط القيادي المستخدم، حيث تعتبر هذه المخاطر ظاهرة عالمية حديثة سريعة الانتشار، يهدد الكيان الاقتصادي للشركات. ولقد خلصت دراستنا التي قمنا بإجرائها في الشركة سونلغاز أن مستوى تطبيق وتحقيق مبادئ حوكمة الشركات غير مقبول وذلك حسب اتجاهات أراء عينة الدراسة، وأن مستوى وجود النمط القيادي السائد والفعال وأيضا مجلس الإدارة بما جاء في المجال المحايد، كما توصلت دراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة ارتباط قوية بين مبادئ حوكمة الشركات النمط القيادي السائد ومجلس الإدارة، حيث لاحظنا أن مبادىء حوكمة الشركات لها دور فعال في مجلس الإدارة وبالتالي النمط القيادي السائد والمستخدم في شركة محل الدراسة ليس له تأثير كبير لتحقيق مبادىء حوكمة الشركات، وكذلك يساهم في تحسين تسيير الشركة والحفاظ على استقرارها وتطويرها. ..............................................

Résumé : Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence le rôle influent joué par les styles de leadership, ou plutôt le style de leadership dominant dans l'organisation, à travers la réalisation et l'application des principes de gouvernance d'entreprise, ce dernier étant considéré comme l'un des moyens modernes les plus importants visant à protéger le société et assurer sa stabilité, et atteindre la transparence et l'intégrité dans les états financiers en plus de sa protection des droits des actionnaires, ainsi que des travaux pour réduire les risques pour le conseil d'administration et la performance efficace du style de leadership utilisé, comme ces risques sont considérés comme un phénomène mondial moderne se propageant rapidement, menaçant l'entité économique des entreprises. Notre étude, que nous avons menée au sein de la société Sonelgaz, a conclu que le niveau d'application et de réalisation des principes de gouvernement d'entreprise est inacceptable, selon les tendances d'opinions de l'échantillon d'étude, et que le niveau d'existence du style de leadership dominant et efficace, ainsi que le conseil d'administration, est ce qui est venu dans le champ neutre, et une étude a également conclu qu'il existe une grande corrélation entre les principes de gouvernance d'entreprise, le style de leadership en vigueur, et le conseil d'administration, car nous avons remarqué que les principes de gouvernance d'entreprise ont un rôle efficace dans le conseil d'administration et donc Le style de leadership en vigueur utilisé dans la société d'étude a d'impact significatif sur la réalisation de l'objectif principes de gouvernement d'entreprise, qui contribue à améliorer la gestion de l'entreprise et à maintenir sa stabilité et son développement.
