دور بيئة الأعمال في دعم المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية

Abstract

This study aims to identify the suitability of the business environment in Algeria to the activity of the economic institution in Algeria, and this by standing on the reality of the business environment in Algeria during the period from 2015-2019,based on the most important international indicators represented in : Competitiveness Index, Economic Freedom Index, Ease of business index, by evaluating the economic, administrative, social, technological, political and legal environments, to determine their suitability as a business environment for the performance of economic institutions. This is based on the descriptive approach in the theoretical and practical aspects of the study. The study reached a number of results , the most important of which is that the business environment in Algeria and according to the international indicators approved during the period )2015-2019) it suffers from a number of problems and obstacles that have made it discouraging the local economic institution and repelling foreign investment. ......................................................... تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى ملائمة بيئة الأعمال في الجزائر لنشاط المؤسسة الاقتصادية في الجزائر، وهذا من خلال الوقوف على واقع بيئة الأعمال في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2015-2020 بالاعتماد على أهم المؤشرات الدولية - المتمثلة في: مؤشر التنافسية، مؤشر الحرية الاقتصادية، مؤشر سهولة الأعمال، من خلال تقييم البيئات الاقتصادية والإدارية الاجتماعية والتكنولوجية، السياسية والقانونية، لمعرفة مدى ملائمتها كبيئة أعمال لأداء المؤسسات الاقتصادية. وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الجانبين النظري والتطبيقي للدراسة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها أن بيئة الأعمال في الجزائر وحسب المؤشرات الدولية المعتمدة 2015-2020 من المشكلات والعوائق جعلتها غير مشجعة للمؤسسة الاقتصادية المحلية وطاردة للاستثمار الخارجي.خلال الفترة
