تحليل العلاقة بين الائتمان المصرفي و النمو الاقتصادي على المستوى ) القطاعي في الجزائر خلال الفترة) 2018-2002

Abstract

The banking system is an essential pillar of economic growth ; tracke the importance of this system through the immportant services it performs in the economy such as granting loans and facilitating banking operation .This research aimis to measure the impact of bank financing on economic growth in Algeria during the period (2002-2018).and we monitored the bank credit provided to various economic sectors; which was used as an indiicator of financial development the avarage gross demostic product at real prices is presented as an indicator to measure growth economic we have noticed through this research by means of the analytical study that the Algerian banking system was able to play on effective role ;it desirable to encourage development projects and investments and f the banking system in the overall process of economic development in nd unnoticea ,le ostacles tgat reduce and cause economic activities to slow down ;such as corruption and weele oversight. .......................................................... يعتبر النظام المصرفي المتطور ركيزة أساسية للنمو الاقتصادي ، تتبع أهمية هذا النظام من خلال الخدمات المهمة التي تؤديها في الاقتصاد مثل - منح القروض و تسهيل العمليات المالية ، يهدف هذا البحث إلى قياس تأثير التطور المصرفي على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2002 .2018 ورصدنا الائتمان المصرفي المقدم إلى مختلف القطاعات الاقتصادية استخدم كمؤشر للتطور المالي ، متوسط الناتج المحلي الإجمالي بالأسعار الحقيقية عرضناه كمؤشر لقياس النمو الاقتصادي، لمسنا من خلال هذا البحث بواسطة الدراسة التحليلية أن الجهاز المصرفي الجزائري استطاع لعب دور فعال و مرغوب فيه لتشجيع مشاريع و استثمارات تنموية ، و هذا ناجم عن اتخاذ سياسات هادفة تسعى إلى تفعيل دور الجهاز المصرفي في إجمالي عملية التطور الاقتصادي في الجزائر ، إلا انه توجد عراقيل ملح وظة و غير ملحوظة تقلل و تسبب تباطؤ النشاطات الاقتصادية كالفساد، و ضعف الرقابة.
