Abstract

The study aims to identify the impact of the quality of life at work on turnover, and the study was applied to the Naftal company in the state of Souk Ahras. The results were analyzed on the statistical program spss, and the results of the study were tested using statistical methods. The study concluded that there is a correlation between quality of work life and staff turnover in Naftal Corporation, and the existence of a statistically significant effect of quality of work life on staff turnover. work in the same institution. equitably among themselves, allocating material and moral incentives to those whose performance is exceptional, in addition to providing sufficient rest periods during working hours to help the employee overcome the pressures of work. .................................. تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر جودة الحياة الوظيفية على دوران العمل وتم تطبيق الدراسة في مؤسسة نفطال بولاية سوق أهراس، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري والمنهج التحليلي في الجانب التطبيقي، حيث تم استخدام أداة الاستبيان لمعرفة أراء عينة الدراسة المكونة من 30 موظف من مختلف الرتب في مؤسسة نفطال-سوق أهراس، وتم تحليل النتائج على البرنامج الإحصائي spss وتم اختبار نتائج الدراسة باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين جودة الحياة الوظيفية ودوران العمل في مؤسسة نفطال، ووجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لجودة الحياة الوظيفية على دوران العمل في ذات المؤسسة، أوصت الدراسة بأنه ينبغي توفير بيئة عمل صحية وآمنة تلبي شروط السلامة المهنية، تعزيز مبادئ التعاون بين الموظفين وتوزيع واجبات العمل بعدالة بينهم، وتخصيص حوافز مادية ومعنوية لأصحاب الأداء المتميز منهم، إضافة إلى توفير فترات كافية للراحة اثناء الدوام لمساعدة الموظف على التغلب على ضغوط العمل. ................................
