دور المؤسسات المصنفة في حماية البيئة-دراسة حالة الجزائر-

Abstract

This study aimed to highlight the role of classified institutions in protecting the environment, where the study addresses in its theoretical aspect the nature of environmental pollution, environmental policies and their tools, and the law of environmental protection. Its exploitation and the new legal issues, for the year 2022, and the stages of exploitation of these institutions in the state of Souk Ahras, with an identification of the extent of application of these laws and legislation by the National Unit of Fat as a classified institution. This study concluded that the protection of the environment by these institutions is only by respecting them and Its application of environmental legislation and its commitment to environmental protection laws that were imposed on every polluter who pays the price of his pollution, which obligated every operator of a classified institution to reduce the severity and degree of pollution. .................................... هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور المؤسسات المصنفة في حماية البيئة ،حيث تتطرق الدراسة في جانبها النظري إلى ماهية كل من التلوث البيئي و السياسات البيئية و دواتها و قانون حماية البيئة لنختم الجانب النظري بتسليط الضوء على الجانب التطبيقي الذي يبحث في المؤسسات المصنفة في الجزائر و قوانين استغلالها والإصدارات القانونية الجديدة ،لسنة 2022 و مراحل إستغلال هذه المؤسسات في ولاية سوق أهراس مع التعرف على مدى تطبيق هذه القوانين و التشريعات من طرف الوحدة الوطنية للدهن بإعتبارها مؤسسة مصنفة وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن حماية البيئة من طرف هذه المؤسسات لا تكون إلا بإحترامها و تطبيقها للتشريعات البيئية و إلتزامها بقوانين حماية البيئة التي فرضت على كل ملوث يدفع ثمن تلويثه مما ألزم كل مستغل مؤسسة مصنفة بخفض حدة و درجة التلوث .................................... Cette étude visait à mettre en évidence le rôle des institutions classées dans la protection de l'environnement, où l'étude aborde dans son volet théorique la nature des pollutions environnementales, les politiques environnementales et leurs outils, et le droit de la protection de l'environnement, son exploitation et les nouveaux enjeux juridiques, pour l'année 2022, et les étapes d'exploitation de ces institutions dans l'Etat de Souk Ahras, avec une identification de l'étendue de l'application de ces lois et législations par l'Unité Nationale des Graisses en tant qu'institution classée. de l'environnement par ces établissements ne passe que par leur respect et Son application de la législation environnementale et son attachement aux lois de protection de l'environnement imposées à tout pollueur payant sa pollution, qui obligeait tout exploitant d'établissement classé à en réduire la gravité et le degré de pollution.
