Abstract

في ظل اقتصاد المعرفة وتطور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال واشتداد المنافسة، أصبح لزاما على منظمات الأعمال الحديثة بصفة عامة والجزائرية بصفة خاصة، خلق واعتماد سبل ووسائل معاصرة لمواجهتها وضمان بقائها واستمرارها في عالم الأعمال المتغير. ولعل أهم هذه السبل المعاصرة هو تنمية الموارد البشرية التي تساهم في تحقيق رأس المال الفكري هذا الأخير الذي أصبحت تعتمد عليه المنظمات المعاصرة في تحقيق الابتكارات والمزايا تنافسية واستدامتها. In light of the knowledge economy and development of information technology, communication and competition intensifies, it has become imperative for the modern business organizations in general and Algeria in particular, the creation and adoption of modern ways and means to address them and ensure their survival and continuity in the changing world of business.
