Abstract

Abstract : The training course is one of the fundamental steps that cannot be overlooked or dispensed with for beginners in the field of education. It is the key that allows the trainee the opportunity to exel and become professional in their work, transitioning from a novice teacher to one with high-level skills and capabilities. However, to achieve this transitional leap, it is essential to apply the knowledge gained during the training in an organized manner, rather than keeping it as useless theory. This is the core aim of our scientific research, which seeks to verify the actual applicaion of acquired theories by trainee teachers in the field, and to assess the effectiveness of the training course in preparing them for entry into the professional world. --------------------- الملخص تعد الدورة التدريبية من الاساسيات التي لا يمكن تجاوزها او الاستغناء عنها كمبتدئ في ميدان التعليم ،حيث انها المفتاح الذي يتيح للمتربص فرصة التألق والاحتراف في عمله والانتقال من استاذ مبتدئ الى استاذ ذو قدرات ومهارات عالية. لكن لتحقيق هذه القفزة الانتقالية لا بد من تطبيق المكتسبات المقدمة في الدورة بطريقة منظمة وعدم الاحتفاظ بها كنظريات لا جدوى منها ،وهذا هو هدف بحثنا العلمي الذي يسعى الى التحقق من التطبيق الفعلي للأساتذة المتربصين في الميدان للنظريات المكتسبة، اضافة الى قياس مدى نجاح وقدرة الدورة التدريبية في تحضير المتربصين للانتقال للعالم المهني. -------------------------- Résumé : La formation constitue une base incontournable pour tout débutant dans le domaine de l’enseignement. Elle représente la clé qui offre au stagiaire l’opportunité de s’épanouir et de se professionnaliser dans son métier, en passant du statut d’enseignant novice à celui d’un enseignant compétent doté de grandes compétences élevées. Toutefois, pour réussir cette transition, il est indispensable d’appliquer de manière organisée les acquis de la formation, et non de les conserver comme de simples théories inutiles. C’est précisément l’objectif de notre recherche scientifique, qui vise à vérifier l’application réelle par les enseignants stagiaires sur terrain des connaissances théoriques acquises, ainsi qu’à évaluer l’efficacité de la formation dans la préparation des stagiaires à intégrer le monde professionnel
