Abstract

Summary: Biodiversity is a supportive element of life on Earth, it has an active role and influence on the lives of all human beings, animals and plants. Biodiversity is the basis on which the world relies in the production of food, clothing and others things. However, given the technological development that has taken place on the one hand and the development of environmental problems on the other hand, States have started to sound the alarm about the threat of biodiversity disappearance through international conferences, the most important of which is the Stockholm Conference, which was considered an international instrument to promote biodiversity, followed by international organizations, including WHO, UNEP and FAO. ................. الملخص: إن التنوع البيولوجي هو العنصر الداعم للحياة على وجه الأرض. و ذلك بما له من دور فعال و تأثير على حياة جميع الكائنات من إنسان و حيوان و نبات. فالتنوع البيولوجي هو الأساس الذي يعتمد عليه العالم في عملية إنتاج الغذاء و الألبسة و غيره. و لكن نظرا للتطور التكنولوجي الحاصل من جهة و تطور المشاكل البيئية معه من جهة أخرى، شرعت الدول إلى دق ناقوس الخطر بتهديد اختفاء التنوع البيولوجي، و ذلك من خلال عقد المؤتمرات الدولية و من أهمها مؤتمر ستوكهولم الذي اعتبر صك دولي يحث على التنوع البيولوجي ثم جاءت من بعده المنظمات الد ولية و أهمها منظمة الصحة العالمية WHO وكذا منظمة الأمم المتحدة UNEP ومنظمة الأغذية والزراعة FAO ………………….. Résumé : La biodiversité est la pierre angulaire de la vie sur Terre, ce qui a un rôle et un impact efficaces sur la vie de tous les êtres humains, animaux et plantes. La biodiversité est à la base de la production mondiale d’aliments, de vêtements et autres. Mais en raison du développement technologique d’une part et des problèmes environnementaux d’autre part, la biodiversité ", les Etats s’apprêtent à tirer la sonnette d’alarme de la menace de disparition de la biodiversité, ceci à travers la tenue de conférences internationales, dont la plus importante est la Conférence de Stockholm, qui était considéré comme un instrument international de promotion de la biodiversité et suivi par les organisations, l’Organisation mondiale de la santé, les Nations Unies, l’Organisation des Nations Unies pour l’alimentation et l’agriculture et la FAO.
