Abstract

The beginning of the 3rd millennium coincided with the financial prosperity experienced by Algeria thanks to improving its oil revenues thanks to the improvement in oil prices on the scale international, which leads it to move towards public spending by applying a policy Keynesian expansionist within the framework of three programs which lasted between 2001 and 2014 which are: PCRE Economic Recovery Support Program (2001-2004), Program complementary growth support – PCSC (2005-2009) and Consolidation Program PCCE economic growth (2010-2014) this study aims to shed light on the repercussions of public spending on businesses public industrial projects in Algeria by following the path of spending policy in Algeria and the extent of this contribution to improving economic growth rates and more precisely industrial productivity rates And this study concluded that there is a minimal and weak impact of public spending on production industrial in Algeria due to the weakening of the flexibility of the local production machine and its inability has absorbed the demand generated by the increase in public spending, except that the growth is limited to the hydrocarbon sectors in 1st degree and also the construction sector and infrastructure and services sector, but this growth remains linked to what is happening in the hydrocarbon sector because it is impacted by each oil crisis.
