Abstract

This study aimed to find out the reality of adopting the requirements of the integrated administrative system and the extent of the studied sample's awareness of the sustainable performance of the National Fat Corporation. This is in addition to examining the relationship of correlation and influence between (the integrated administrative system and sustainable performance). This study contained two parts, the first part dealt with the theoretical aspect in which the variables of the study were addressed, the integrated administrative system as an independent variable, and sustainable performance as a dependent variable. As for the second part, it was devoted to studying the case of a sample of employees of the National Oil Corporation, the unit of Souk Ahras. The two researchers relied mainly on distributing a questionnaire to a sample of 40 individuals from the institution's employees, and 34 questionnaires subject to statistical analysis were retrieved with an estimated response rate of 85%. And after the analysis process that relied on the SPSS statistical program, this study reached several results, including: - There is a clear perception among the study sample about the application of the integrated administrative system and sustainable performance in the National Foundation for Fat, unity of Souk Ahras - The study showed that there is a significant correlation between each requirement of the integrated administrative system and sustainable performance at the level of the institution. - The study also showed that there is a significant correlation between the combined requirements of the integrated administrative system and sustainable performance at the enterprise level. - There is also a significant effect between each requirement and the requirements are collected and the sustainable performance. ............................................. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع تبني متطلبات النظام الإداري المدمج ومدى إدراك العينة المدروسة للأداء المستدام للمؤسسة الوطنية للدهن. هذا بالإضافة للوقوف على علاقة الارتباط والتأثير بين (النظام الإداري المدمج والأداء المستدام). وقد احتوت هذه الدراسة على جزأين، الجزء الأول تناول الجانب النظري الذي تم فيه التطرق إلى متغيرات الدراسة، النظام الإداري المدمج كمتغير مستقل والأداء المستدام كمتغير تابع. أما الجزء الثاني فقد خصص لدراسة حالة لعينة من موظفين المؤسسة الوطنية للدهن وحدة سوق أهراس. حيث اعتمدت الباحثتان بشكل أساسي على توزيع استمارة على عينة مكونة من 40 فردا من موظفي المؤسسة، وتم استرجاع 34 استمارة قابلة للتحليل الإحصائي بنسبة استجابة قدرت ب 85 %. وبعد عملية التحليل التي تم الاعتماد فيها على البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها: - هناك تصور واضح لدى عينة الدراسة حول تطبيق النظام الإداري المدمج والأداء المستدام في المؤسسة الوطنية للدهن وحدة سوق أهراس. - أظهرت الدراسة أن هناك علاقة ارتباط معنوية بين كل متطلب من متطلبات النظام الإداري المدمج والأداء المستدام على مستوى المؤسسة. - كما أظهرت الدراسة أن هناك علاقة ارتباط معنوية بين متطلبات النظام الإداري المدمج مجمعة والأداء المستدام على مستوى المؤسسة. - كما يوجد تأثير معنوي بين كل متطلب والمتطلبات مجمعة والأداء المستدام. ........................................ Cette étude visait à connaître la réalité de l'adoption des exigences du système administratif intégré et l'étendue de la sensibilisation de l'échantillon étudié à la performance durable de la National Fat Corporation. Cela s'ajoute à l'examen de la relation de corrélation et d'influence entre (le système administratif intégré et la performance durable). Cette étude comportait deux parties, la première partie traitait de l'aspect théorique dans lequel les variables de l'étude étaient abordées, le système administratif intégré comme variable indépendante, et la performance durable comme variable dépendante. Quant à la deuxième partie, elle a été consacrée à l'étude du cas d'un échantillon d'employés de la National Oïl Corporation, l'unité de Souk Ahras. Les deux chercheurs se sont appuyés principalement sur la distribution d'un questionnaire à un échantillon de 40 personnes parmi les employés de l'institution, et 34 questionnaires soumis à une analyse statistique ont été récupérés avec un taux de réponse estimé à 85 %. Et après le processus d'analyse qui s'est appuyé sur le programme statistique SPSS, cette étude a abouti à plusieurs résultats, notamment : - Il y a une perception claire parmi l'échantillon de l'étude sur l'application du système administratif intégré et la performance durable dans la Fondation Nationale pour la Graisse, Unité Souk Ahras. - L'étude a montré qu'il existe une corrélation significative entre chaque exigence du système administratif intégré et la performance durable au niveau de l'institution. - L'étude a également montré qu'il existe une corrélation significative entre les exigences combinées du système administratif intégré et la performance durable au niveau de l'entreprise. - Il y a aussi un effet significatif entre chaque exigence et les exigences sont collectées et la performance durable.
