Abstract Writing a thesis is a crucial step in the academic journey, requiring a thorough mastery of theoretical and practical knowledge, as well as research, critical analysis, and academic writing skills. Our research falls within the field of Foreign Language Didactics and will address the difficulties encountered by Master's students in their second year when writing their final theses, given that this is a current topic affecting students globally who are faced with the completion of this essential work ------------------- ملخص إعداد الماستر يمثل خطوة حاسمة في المسيرة الجامعية، حيث يتطلب إتقانًا عميقًا للمعرفة النظرية والعملية، بالإضافة إلى مهارات البحث والتحليل النقدي والكتابة الأكاديمية. تندرج بحثنا في مجال تعليم اللغات الأجنبية وسيعالج الصعوبات التي يواجهها طلاب الماستير في سنتهم الثانية عند كتابة رسائلهم النهائية، نظرًا لأن هذا موضوع حديث يؤثر على الطلاب في جميع أنحاء العالم الذين يواجهون استكمال هذا العمل المهم -------------------- Résumé L'élaboration d'un mémoire représente une étape cruciale dans le parcours universitaire, nécessitant une maîtrise approfondie des connaissances théoriques et pratiques, ainsi que des compétences en recherche, en analyse critique et en rédaction académique. Notre recherche s'inscrit dans le domaine de la Didactique des Langues Etrangères qui abordera la question liée aux difficultés rencontrées par les étudiants de Master2 en vue de l'élaboration de leurs mémoires de fin d'études étant donné que c'est un sujet d'actualité qui touche globalement tous les étudiants confrontés à la réalisation de ce précieux travail
