Abstract

This study aims to try to know the effect of the phenomenon of employee absenteeism on the productivity of Crescent Mills Corporation in Souk Ahras during the Corona virus period, and the study relied on the descriptive approach in the theoretical aspect and the analysis approach in the applied aspect, where the questionnaire tool was used to know the opinions of the study sample Consisting of 32 civil servants and workers, the results were analyzed using SPSS statistical package. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect of the phenomenon of employee absenteeism on the productivity of Crescent Mills Corporation - Souk Ahras. The study recommended that the institution take a number of steps to increase employee job satisfaction and reduce absenteeism, including: Grant wages commensurate with the quantity and quality of work, provide all necessary workers such as housing, health, transport, etc., provide appropriate working conditions such as lighting, ventilation, hygiene and others, granting incentives and rewards to workers. ..................................................... تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة معرفة أثر ظاهرة تغيب العاملين على إنتاجية مؤسسة مطاحن الهلال بسوق أهراس و ذلك خلال فترة فيروس كورونا، و لقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري و المنهج التحليلي في الجانب التطبيقي، حيث تم استخدام أداة الاستبيا ن لمعرفة آراء عينة الدراسة المكونة من 32 من المسؤولين و العمال و تم تحليل النتائج على برنامج الحزمة ا لإحصائية SPSS . توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير ذو دلالة احصائية لظاهرة تغيب العاملين على انتاجية م ؤسسة مطاحن الهلال - سوق اهراس . أوصت الدراسة بضورة اتخاذ المؤسسة لجملة الإجراءات لزيادة ال رضا الوظيفي للعاملين و تقليص تغيباتهم منها : منح أجور تتناسب مع كمية العمل و نوعيته، توفير كل ما يلزم العمال من سكن و صحة و نقل و غيرها، توفير ظروف عمل مناسبة من إضاءة و تهوية و نظافة و غير ها، منح حوافز و مكافآت للعمال.
