دور حاضنات الأعمال في دعم ومرافقة المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر-دراسة حالة حاضنة الأعمال بجامعة سوق أهراس

Abstract

This study aims to understand the role played by the business incubator of Mohamed CherifMusadia University - Souk Ahras in the process of supporting and supporting emerging businesses. The study relied on the descriptive approach in the theoretical aspect and the analytical approach in the applied aspect. and the questionnaire tool was used to find out the opinions of a sample. The study consisted of 30 students who had ideas and projects and were supervised by the business incubator at Souk Ahras University. The results were processed according to the analysis technique using the analysis method. statistical analysis program SPSS version 26, and using various statistical methods, the results of the study were analyzed and the hypotheses were tested. The study found that there is a statistically significant impact of the Souk Ahras University business incubator in supporting and guiding emerging businesses. The most important thing recommended by the study is the need to overcome administrative and bureaucratic obstacles that entrepreneurs are exposed to by creating special departments responsible for handling such projects and reducing the size of documents required to create a startup institution .so that anyone with an idea has the opportunity to implement it on the ground.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الدور الذي تقوم به حاضنة الأعمال بجامعة محمد الشريف مساعدية- سوق أهراس في عملية دعم ومرافقة المؤسسات الناشئة، و قد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري و المنهج التحليلي في الجانب التطبيقي، و تم استخدام أداة الاستبيان لمعرفة آراء عينة الدراسة المكونة من 30 طالب من أصحاب الأفكار والمشاريع و المؤطرين من طرف حاضنة الأعمال التابعة لجامعة سوق أهراس، وتمت عملية معالجة النتائج بتقنية التحليل باستخدامبرنامجالتحليلالإحصائيSPSSبنسخته 26،وباستخداممجموعةمتنوعةمنالأساليبالإحصائية،تمتحليلنتائجالدراسةواختبارالفرضيات. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناكأثر ذو دلالة إحصائيةلحاضنةالأعمالبجامعةسوقأهراسفيدعمومرافقةالمؤسساتالناشئة. أهم ما أوصت به الدراسة هو ضرورةتذليل العوائق الادارية، والبيروقراطية التي يتعرض لها رواد الأعمال من خلال استحداث إدارات خاصة مكلفة بالتعامل مع مثل هذه المشاريع، والتقليل من حجم الوثائق المطلوبة لإنشاء مؤسسة ناشئة، حتى تتوفر الفرصة لكل من يحمل فكرة لتجسيدها على أرض الواقع.

Cette étude vise à comprendre le rôle joué par l'incubateur d'entreprises de l'Université Mohamed Cherif Messaadia - Souk Ahras dans le processus de soutien aux entreprises émergentes. L'étude a adopté une approche descriptive pour l'aspect théorique et une approche analytique pour l'aspect appliqué. Un questionnaire a été utilisé pour recueillir les opinions d'un échantillon. L'étude a porté sur 30 étudiants ayant des idées et des projets, supervisés par l'incubateur d'entreprises de l'Université de Souk Ahras. Les résultats ont été traités selon la technique d'analyse à l'aide du programme d'analyse statistique SPSS version 26, et diverses méthodes statistiques ont été utilisées pour analyser les résultats de l'étude et tester les hypothèses. L'étude a révélé qu'il existe un impact statistiquement significatif de l'incubateur d'entreprises de l'Université de Souk Ahras dans le soutien et l'orientation des entreprises émergentes. La recommandation la plus importante de l'étude est la nécessité de surmonter les obstacles administratifs et bureaucratiques auxquels sont confrontés les entrepreneurs en créant des départements spéciaux chargés de traiter de tels projets et en réduisant la taille des documents requis pour créer une entreprise en démarrage, afin que toute personne ayant une idée ait la possibilité de la concrétiser.
