الإقتصاد الجزائري بين تداعيات المتلازمة الهولندية و تحديات جائحة كورونا (covid-19)

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز تداعيات المتلازمة الهولندية على الاقتصاد الوطني و مخاطر استمرار الاعتماد على النفط لتحقيق متطلبات التنمية بمختلف أبعادها ، في ظل انتشار فيروس كورونا (COVID-19) ، و قد تم الاعتماد على مجموعة من مؤشرات الأداء الاقتصادي الوطني ، توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود خلل في هيكلة الاقتصاد الوطني القائم على الريع البترولي ،في ظل الضغوطات الكبيرة نتيجة لضعف أنظمة الحماية الاجتماعية ، وبالتالي فالدولة أما تحدي خلق البدائل التنموية المتاحة وتثمين عوائدها ، من خلال دعم مساهمة القطاعات الأساسية لتحقيق التنمية This study aims to highlight the implications of the Dutch syndrome on the national economy and the risks of continued dependence on oil to achieve development requirements in all its dimensions, in light of the spread of the Corona Virus (COVID-19), a number of national economic performance indicators were used. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is an imbalance in the structure of the national economy based on oil rents, in light of the great pressures as a result of the weak social protection systems, and therefore the state as for the challenge of creating available development alternatives and the value of their revenues , by supporting the contribution of the basic sectors to achieve development
