علاقة سعر الصرف بالنمو الإقتصادي دراسة قیاسیة حالة الجزائر خلال الفترة 2001 - 2019

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship of the exchange rate of the Algerian dinar to economic growth in Algeria during the period 2001-2019 through three chapters, where we studied in the first and second chapter the theoretical framework for economic growth and the exchange rate respectively. Analysis of algeria's exchange policy from independence until 2019, while the latest research was devoted to analyzing and measuring the impact of the exchange rate of the Algerian dinar on economic growth in Algeria expressed in GDP throughout the study period, by applying the method of micro-squares and relying on the eviews9 program. The Dickey FOLLER test has shown a negative impact on the exchange rate of the Algerian dinar on Algeria's GDP, and therefore its impact on the economic growth situation in Algeria during the study period (i.e., the rise in the exchange rate slows economic growth, which indicates that the devaluation of the Algerian dinar was the result of inevitable circumstances) Oil prices are far from economic growth. ....................................................... تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة علاقة سعر صرف الدينار الجزائري بالنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2001-2019 من خلال ثلاثة فصول، حيث درسنا في الفصل الأول والثاني الإطار النظري للنمو الاقتصادي وسعر الصرف على التوالي. تحليل سياسة الصرف في الجزائر منذ الاستقلال إلى غاية 2019، في حين خصص البحث الأخير لتحليل وقياس أثر سعر صرف الدينار الجزائري على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر معبرا عنه بالناتج المحلي الإجمالي طيلة فترة الدراسة، من خلال تطبيق أسلوب التحليل الجزئي. المربعات والاعتماد على برنامج eviews9 . لقد أظهر اختبار ديكي فولر تأثير سعر صرف الدينار الجزائري سلبا على الناتج المحلي الإجمالي للجزائر، وبالتالي تأثيره على وضع النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال فترة الدراسة (أي أن ارتفاع سعر الصرف يبطئ النمو الاقتصادي، مما يشير إلى أن انخفاض قيمة الدينار الجزائري كان نتيجة ظروف حتمية) أسعار النفط بعيدة عن النمو الاقتصادي.
