Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to know the role of startups in supporting the process of Algeria's orientation towards a knowledge economy based on the presentation of its reality in this field, and this was done through several well-known global indicators to determine the extent of Algeria's ability to transform to this new economic pattern, as a questionnaire was designed for some of the emerging institutions. The study concluded that start-ups have an effective role in building a knowledge-based economy if a competitive environment is created for their activity and stimulating the establishment of innovative projects by focusing on supporting research and development and innovation activities and upgrading Algerian human capital. ..................................... ملخص الدراسة: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور المؤسسات الناشئة في دعم عملية توجه الجزائر نحو اقتصاد معرفة انطلاقا من عرض واقعها في هذا المجال و تم ذلك من خلال عدة مؤشرات عالمية معروفة للوقوف على مدى قدرة الجزائر للتحول لهذا النمط الاقتصادي الجديد كما تم تصميم استبيان موجه لبعض من المؤسسات الناشئة. وقد خلصت الدراسة للمؤسسات الناشئة دور فعال في بناء اقتصاد قائم على المعرفة إذا تم تهيئة البيئة المنافسة لنشاطها و تحفيز قيام المشاريع الابتكارية من خلال التركيز على دعم نشاطات البحث و التطوير والابتكار وترقية رأس المال البشري الجزائري. ............................... Résumé : Cette étude vise à connaître le rôle des startups dans l’accompagnement du processus d’orientation de l’Algérie vers une économie de la connaissance basée sur la présentation de sa réalité dans ce domaine, et cela a été fait à travers plusieurs indicateurs mondiaux bien connus pour déterminer l’étendue de la capacité de l’Algérie à se transformer vers ce nouveau modèle économique, car un questionnaire a été conçu pour certaines des institutions émergentes. L’étude a conclu que les start-ups ont un rôle efficace à jouer dans la construction d’une économie fondée sur la connaissance si un environnement compétitif est créé pour leur activité et stimulent la mise en place de projets innovants en mettant l’accent sur le soutien aux activités de recherche et développement et d’innovation et la mise à niveau du capital humain algérien.
