Abstract

Our study is integrated in the framework which is interested in financial studies and in particular the financing process which is considered as the basis of investment projects. These contribute to the improvement of growth rates and development indicators. Agricultural investment projects are considered as the best sectors that the public authorities have given importance through financial and economic reforms The study aims to determine the financing of agricultural investment projects in Algeria This research is divided into three chapters two theoretical chapters and the other is practical. The first chapter discusses financing and the financing process. We applied this study at the level of the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development BADR which was intended for the financing of investments in agricultural projects Thanks to this Bank. It has also used other loans that are not intended to finance the agricultural sector. Notre étude est intégrée dans le cadre qui s'intéresse aux études financières et en particulier le processus de financement qui est considéré comme la base des projets d'investissement. Ces derniers participent à l'amélioration des taux de croissance et des indicateurs de développement. Les projets d'investissement agricole sont considérés comme les meilleurs secteurs que les pouvoirs publics ont donné une importance par des réformes financières et économiques L'étude vise à déterminer le financement des projets d'investissement agricole en Algérie Cette recherche est divisée en trois chapitres deux chapitres théoriques et l'autre est pratique. Le premier chapitre aborde le financement et le processus de financement Le Nous avons appliqué cette étude au niveau de la Banque de l'agriculture et de développement rural BADR qui a été destinée au financement des investissements des projets agricoles Grace à cette Banque, Elle a aussi utilisé des autres prêts qui ne sont pas destinés à financer le secteur agricole. Il est montré que ces prêts destinés à financer ce secteur facilitent les projets sans avoir un risque.
