دور فاعلية تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في دعم إدارة المعرفة - دراسة حالة مديرية الحماية المدنية سوق أهراس -

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of information and communication technology in supporting knowledge management in the Directorate of Civil Protection of Souk Ahras from the perspective of the five main dimensions of knowledge management (after knowledge diagnosis, knowledge generation, knowledge storage, knowledge distribution and finally knowledge application). We designed a questionnaire directed to the workers of the Directorate of Civil Protection of the state of Souk Ahras to know the extent to which they control information and communication technology and rely on it to accomplish the activities and tasks of the institution. Using the statistical program SPSS 19, it was found that there is a strong correlation between the independent variable represented in information and communication technology, and the dependent variable knowledge management. The study also proved that after the application of knowledge the most impact was made by using information and communication technology, while after storing knowledge was the least affected. ................................................. تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحديد دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال في دعم إدارة المعرفة بمديرية الحماية المدنية لولاية سوق اهراس من منظور الابعاد الخمسة الرئيسية لإدارة المعرفة و المتمثلة في بعد تشخيص المعرفة بعد توليد المعرفة ، بعد تخزين المعرفة، بعد توزع المعرفة و أخيرا بعد تطبيق المعرفة. قمنا بتصميم استبيان موجه لعمال مديرية الحماية المدنية لولاية سوق اهراس لمعرفة مدى تحكمهم في تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال و الاعتماد عليها في انجاز انشطة و مهام المؤسسة ، و تمت الدراسة بتوزيع 30 استبيان على عمال المديرية و تم جمعها كاملة . و باستعمال البرنامج الاحصائي spss 19 تبين ان هناك علاقة ارتباط قوية بين المتغير المستقل المتمثل في تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال و المتغير التابع إدارة المعرفة. كما أثبتت الدراسة ان بعد تطبيق المعرفة اكثر تاثير باستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال في حين بعد المعرفة كان اقلها تاثيرا.
