Abstract

Our study aims to highlight the extent to which occupational safety programs contribute to improving the performance of workers in the economic institution in the Oil Corporation, Souk_Ahras Market Unit. We used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information, as it was distributed to a sample of 40 individuals from a study population of 372 individuals, which we analyzed by relying on the "SPSSv23" program. We relied on the investigative approach, and we reached a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of a strong direct relationship between the variables of the study at the significance level of α = 0.05, which indicates that the more the institution under study adopted occupational safety programs, the more it improved the performance of workers. Also, the more the organization increases its occupational safety programs, the more this helps it to achieve its goals in a shorter period. ................................................ تهدف دراستنا الى ابراز مدى مساهمة برامج السلامة المدهنية في التحسين من اداء العاملين بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية بمؤسسة الدهن وحدة سوق اىراس واستخدمنا الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات حيث تم توزيع و على عينة مكونة من 40 فرد من مجتمع دراسة قدره 372 فرد ، قمنا بتحليلها بالاعتماد على برنامج ، واعتمدنا على المنهج الاستقصائي وقد توصلنا الى مجموعة من النتائج اهمها وجود علاقة طردية قوية بين متغيرات الدراسة عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 مما يدل على انه كل مؤسسة لى الدراسة برامج السلامة المهنية كلما زادت من تحسين أداء العاملين كما انه كلما زادت المؤسسة من برامج السلامة المهنية كلما ساعدها ذلك الى تحقيق اهدافها في فترة اقل .
