دور الالتزام بمبادئ حوكمة الشركات في خلق و تعظيم القيمة التشاركية بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية: دراسة ميدانية

Abstract

This study dealt with one of the most important current modern topics, which is corporate governance and how its principles affect the creation of participatory value in the economic enterprise, by highlighting each of governance and its principles, pillars and determinants in the first chapter, as well as value creation, its determinants, And its indicators, in addition to the impact and role of the principles of governance in creating and maximizing participatory value in the third chapter in the theoretical aspect, based on secondary data from books, references and previous studies on the subject of the study, and primary data represented in a questionnaire that studied the opinions of workers and executives For the Directorate of Distribution of Electricity and Gas Algeria - Souk Ahras Province -. This study concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between the principles of governance available in the enterprise and the creation of participatory value in it, as the principles of governance contribute to the creation and maximization of participatory value in the economic enterprise with its competitive gains. And benefits contribute to the effective management of relationships with various stakeholders. ......................................... تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع من أهم الموضوعات العصرية الراهنة ألا و هو حوكمة الشركات وكيفية تأثير مبادئها في خلق القيمة التشاركية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية و ذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء على كل من الحوكمة و مبادئها, ركائزها ومحدداتها في الفصل الأول, الى جانب خلق القيمة, محدداتها, و مؤشراتها, اضافة الى تأثير و دور مبادئ الحوكمة في خلق و تعظيم القيمة التشاركية في الفصل الثالث في الجانب النظري, بالاعتماد على بيانات ثانوية من كتب و مراجع و دراسات سابقة حول موضوع الدراسة, و بيانات أولية تمثلت في استبيان قام بدراسة اراء العمال و الاطارات لمديرية التوزيع للكهرباء و الغاز الجزائر-ولاية سوق أهراس-. و قد توصلت هذه الدراسة الى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين مبادئ الحوكمة المتوفرة في المؤسسة و خلق القيمة التشاركية لديها,اذ أن مبادئ الحوكمة تساهم في خلق و تعظيم القيمة التشاركية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية بما يعود عليها من مكاسب و فوائد تساهم في الادارة الفعالة للعلاقات مع مختلف أصحاب المصالح. .................................... Cette étude a traité l'un des sujets modernes actuels les plus importants, qui est la gouvernance d'entreprise et comment ses principes affectent la création de valeur participative dans l'entreprise économique, en mettant en évidence chacune de la gouvernance et ses principes, piliers et déterminants dans le premier chapitre, comme ainsi que la création de valeur, ses déterminants, Et ses indicateurs, en plus de l'impact et du rôle des principes de gouvernance dans la création et la maximisation de la valeur participative dans le troisième chapitre dans l'aspect théorique, basé sur des données secondaires issues d'ouvrages, de références et d'études antérieures sur le sujet de l'étude, et les données primaires représentées dans un questionnaire qui a étudié les opinions des travailleurs et des cadres Pour la Direction de la Distribution de l'Electricité et du Gaz Algérie - Province de Souk Ahras -. Cette étude a conclu qu'il existe une relation statistiquement significative entre les principes de gouvernance disponibles dans l'entreprise et la création de valeur participative dans celle-ci, car les principes de gouvernance contribuent à la création et à la maximisation de la valeur participative dans l'entreprise économique, y compris les gains et des avantages qui contribuent à la gestion efficace des relations avec les différentes parties prenantes.
