Abstract

This study attempted to answer the problem related to the extent of the impact of digitization on the financial performance of the Algeria Post Corporation, by relying on the descriptive approach in the theoretical side describing each of the performance, financial performance, digitization, as well as the case study approach in the practical side. In order to achieve this, the questionnaire was used, which was directed to two categories, presenting the opinions of customers about the new financial transactions in Algeria Post, and the opinions of Algeria Post employees about the development of the financial performance of the Algeria Post Corporation, this process was done using the statistical program Spss. This study also summarized that digitization is of great interest to Algeria Post due to its impact on financial performance, and the results showed that there is a weakness among a group of customers in their confidence in the use of new technology. ...................................... حاولت هذه الدراسة الإجابة على الإشكالية المرتبطة بمدى تأثير الرقمنة على الأداء المالي لمؤسسة بريد الجزائر وذلك من خلال الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري بوصف كل من الأداء، الأداء المالي، الرقمنة، وكذا منهج دراسة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك تم الاستعانة بالاستبانة التي وجهت لفئتين تعرض آراء الزبائن حول المعاملات المالية الجديدة في بريد الجزائر، وآراء موظفي بريد الجزائر حول تطور الأداء المالي لمؤسسة بريد الجزائر، وتم ذلك باستعمال البرنامج الإحصائي Spss. كما لخصت هذه الدراسة بأن الرقمنة تأخذ اهتماما بالغا عند مؤسسة بريد الجزائر لأثرها على الأداء المالي، وقد أثبتت النتائج أن هناك ضعف لدى فئة من الزبائن في ثقتهم في استعمال تكنولوجيا جديدة. ....................................... Cette étude a tenté de répondre à la problématique liée à l'ampleur de l'impact de la numérisation sur la performance financière de la Poste Algérienne, en s'appuyant sur l'approche descriptive sur le versant théorique décrivant chacune des performances, la performance financière, la numérisation, ainsi que l'approche de l'étude de cas sur le plan pratique, et pour y parvenir, le questionnaire a été utilisé qui était dirigé vers deux catégories, présentant les opinions des clients sur les nouvelles opérations financières d'Algérie Poste, et les opinions des employés d'Algérie Poste sur la l'évolution de la performance financière de la Société Algérienne des Postes, et cela a été fait à l'aide du programme statistique Spss. Cette étude a également résumé que la numérisation présente un grand intérêt pour la poste algérienne en raison de son impact sur la performance financière, et les résultats ont prouvé qu'il existe une faiblesse chez un groupe de clients dans leur confiance dans l'utilisation des nouvelles technologies.
