دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحقيق الجودة الشاملة في التعليم العالي "حالة جامعة سوق اهراس"

Abstract

This study aimed to identify information technology, then address the quality of higher education, and highlight the role of information technology and its use as an input to achieve total quality in higher education, considering what this technology has become and the accompanying developments and the accurate and correct information it provides in a timely manner and the positive and effective role it plays, and therefore higher education institutions are obliged to apply the total quality that depends in their success on the use of this technology to achieve high-quality outputs in line with the requirements of the labor market The applied side consists of the study community represented by the professors of Mohamed CherifMessaadia University - Souk Ahras -, and the descriptive analytical approach was used by distributing a questionnaire to the sample members and working to address it using the SPSS 25 program, and among the most important results reached, the existence of a medium direct correlation between information technology and total quality at Mohamed CharifMessaadia University - Souk Ahras -, as well as the existence of a positive moral impact of information technology on total quality. .......................................... هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على تكنولوجيا المعلومات، ثم التطرق لجودة التعليم العالي، وابراز دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات واستخدامها كمدخل لتحقيق الجودة الشاملة في التعليم العالي، باعتبارما أصبحت عليه هذه التكنولوجيا والتطورات المصاحبة لها وما توفره من معلومات دقيقة وصحيحة في الوقت المناسب والدور الايجابي والفعال الذي تقوم به، وبالتالي تكون مؤسسات التعليم العالي ملزمة بتطبيق الجودة الشاملة التي تعتمد في نجاحها على استخدام هذه التكنولوجيا لتحقيق مخرجات عالية الجودة تتماشى مع متطلبات السوق العمل. أما الجانب التطبيقي فيتكون من مجتمع الدراسة المتمثل في أساتذة جامعة محمد الشريف مساعدية- سوق أهراس -، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك من خلال توزيع استبانة على أفراد العينة والعمل على معالجتها باستخدام برنامج Spss25، ومن بين أهم النتائج المتوصل اليها، وجود علاقة ارتباط طردية متوسطة بين تكنولوجيا المعلومات والجودة الشاملة في جامعة محمد الشريف مساعدية - سوق أهراس، أيضا وجود أثر معنوي موجب لتكنولوجيا المعلومات على الجودة الشاملة ...................................... Cette étude visait à identifier les technologies de l’information, puis à aborder la qualité de l’enseignement supérieur et à mettre en évidence le rôle des technologies de l’information et leur utilisation en tant qu’intrants pour atteindre une qualité totale dans l’enseignement supérieur, compte tenu de ce que cette technologie est devenue et des développements qui l’accompagnent et des informations précises et correctes qu’elle fournit en temps opportun et du rôle positif et efficace qu’elle joue, et donc les établissements d’enseignement supérieur sont obligés d’appliquer la qualité totale qui dépend de leur succès de l’utilisation de cette technologie pour obtenir des résultats de haute qualité conformes aux exigences du marché du travail. Le côté appliqué se compose de la communauté d’étude représentée par les professeurs de l’Université Mohamed Cherif Messaadia - Souk Ahras -, et l’approche analytique descriptive a été utilisée en distribuant un questionnaire aux membres de l’échantillon et en travaillant à y répondre en utilisant le programme SPSS25, et parmi les résultats les plus importants atteints, l’existence d’une corrélation directe moyenne entre la technologie de l’information et la qualité totale à l’Université Mohamed Cherif Messaadia - Souk Ahras -, également l’existence d’un impact moral positif de la technologie de l’information sur la qualité totale.
