Abstract

bstract: Digital transformation has become a necessity and inevitabilityimposed by manycircumstances and crises, including the Covidcrisis on various institutions, and the latter must move towards the application of digital transformation if itwants to survive and continue, fromthis point of view came thisstudy, whichaims to identify the necessaryrequirements to embody digital transformation in the Algerian institution and the most important obstacles facing how to applyit, through a fieldstudyat the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of Mohamed Sharif his assistants - Souk Ahras –The questionnaire and interview wererelied on to collect information, where the formwasdistributed to bothprofessors and staff of the faculty, and the data wasanalyzeddepending on the program (SPSS19), and the studyfoundthat the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at Mohamed Sharif University - Souk Ahras - succeeded to an acceptable extent in embodying digital transformation by owning the infrastructure required by digital transformation and alsoprovidingqualifiedfinancial and humanresources, and the studyshowedthatthere are some obstacles thathinder the process Digital transformation at the university, whichisrepresented by the weakness of the digital work culture for the variousmembers of the universityfamily. ................................. ملخص الدراسة : إن التحول الرقمي أصبح ضرورة وحتمية فرضتها العديد من الظروف والأزمات منها أزمة كوفيد على مختلف المؤسسات، ولابد لهذه الأخيرة التوجه نحو تطبيق التحول الرقمي إذا أرادت البقاء والاستمرار،من هذا المنطلق جاءت هذه الدراسة التي تهدف للتعرف على المتطلبات الضرورية لتجسيد التحول الرقمي في المؤسسة الجزائرية وأهم العراقيل التي تواجه كيفية تطبيقه، وذلك من خلال القيام بدراسة ميدانية بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية وتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة محمد الشريف مساعديه –سوق أهراس - ، وقد تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان والمقابلة لجمع المعلومات، حيث تم توزيع الاستمارة كل من اساتذة وموظفي الكلية، وقد تم تحليل البيانات باعتماد على برنامج (Spss19) ، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن كلية العلوم الاقتصادية وتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة محمد الشريف مساعديه –سوق أهراس – نجحت إلى حد مقبول في تجسيد التحول الرقمي وذلك من خلال امتلاكها البنية التحية التي يتطلبها التحول الرقمي وأيضا توفيرها الموارد المالية والبشرية المؤهلة،كما اظهرت الدراسة وجود بعض العراقيل التي تعيق عملية التحول الرقمي في الجامعة والتي تتمثل في ضعف ثقافة العمل الرقمي بالنسبة لمختلف أعضاء الأسرة الجامعية. .............................. Résumé : La transformation numérique est devenue une nécessité et une inévitabilité imposée par de nombreuses circonstances et crises, y compris la crise du Covid sur diverses institutions, et ces dernières doivent aller vers l’application de la transformation numérique si elles veulent survivre et continuer, de ce point de vue est venue cette étude, qui vise à identifier les exigences nécessaires pour incarner la transformation numérique dans l’institution algérienne et les obstacles les plus importants à la façon de l’appliquer, grâce à une étude de terrain à la Faculté des sciences économiques, commerciales et de gestion de l’Université Mohamed Sharif ses assistants – Souk-Ahras - Le questionnaire et l’entretien ont été utilisés pour recueillir des informations, où le formulaire a été distribué aux professeurs et au personnel de la faculté, et les données ont été analysées en fonction du programme (SPSS19), et l’étude a révélé que la Faculté des sciences économiques, commerciales et de gestion de l’Université Mohamed Sharif – Souk-Ahras -a réussi dans une mesure acceptable à incarner la transformation numérique en s’appropriant l’infrastructure requise par la transformation numérique et en fournissant également des ressources financières et humaines qualifiées, et l’étude a montré qu’il existe certains obstacles qui entravent le processus La transformation numérique à l’université, qui est représentée par la faiblesse de la culture du travail numérique pour les différents membres de la famille universitaire.
