Abstract

This study aims to know the role of the information system in human resource management by examining the case of Algeria telecom – souk ahras branch - , and the application of the information system was measured using the questionnaire tool distributed to a sample of 40 employees . The spss program was used to process and analyse the data. This study concluded that the organization relies heavily on the information system in order to achieve its growth ................................................ تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور نظام المعلومات في إدارة الموارد البشرية من خلال فحص حالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر فرع سوق أهراس حيث اتبع المنهج الوصفي – – التحليلي , و قد تم قياس تطبيق نظام المعلومات باستخدام أداة الإستبانة الموزعة على عينة مكونة من 40 و قد تم استخدام برنامج SPSS من أجل معالجة و تحليل البيانات. و قد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسة تعتمد على نظام المعلومات اعتمادا كبيرا من أجل تحقيق نموها و استدامته. ..................................................... Cette étude vise a connaitre le rôle du système d’information dans la gestion des ressources humaines en examinât l’état d’une institution Algérie télécom – succursale souk ahras- , et l’application du system d’information a été mesurée a l’aide de l’outil questionnaire diffusé a à un échantillon de 40 salariés . Le programme spss a été utilisé pour traiter et analyser les données. Cette étude a conclu que l’institution s’appuie en grande partie sur le système d’information pour assurer sa croissance et sa pérennité.
