Abstract

This study sheds light on the human water head and itsrole in improving performance at the university, whereafterreviewing the theoreticalframework of the subjectthrough the use of the questionnaire as a methodologicaltool for the study in social sciences, and thenprocessing and analyzing the data collected on us and conductingstatistical tests. Finally, on the basis of the findings, the studydemonstrated the existence of a weakrelationshipbetweenhuman capital and performance improvementat the university. Is the study, and thisresultis in line with the reality of human capital in Algerian universities. ................................................. تهدف هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على رأس الماء البشري ودوره في تحسين الأداء في الجامعة، حيث بعد استعراض الإطار النظري للموضوع من استعمال الاستبيان كأداة منهجية الدراسة في العلوم الاجتماعية وبعد ذلك معالجة وتحليل المعطيات المحصل علينا ءوإجرات الاختبار الإحصائية وفي الأخير للدراسة وعلى أساس النتائج المتوصل إليها، أثبتت دراسة وجود علاقة ضعيفة بين رأس المال البشري وتحسين الأداء في الجامع .هل الدراسة، وهذه النتيجة تتماشى مع واقع رأس المال البشري في الجامعات الجزائرية
