Abstract

The oil collection is the most important extraordinary resource of the budget general of the State, taking into account this large contribution to the financing and/or deficit of the budget. But the changes that occur on the course of the process of this resource can affect a set of economic variations mainly the balance monetary, which is explained by the stability of cash balances and that of prices, and ensures a suitable profit and stabilizes the balance of payments. What makes the regularity of the source of collection of oil revenues a source of stability of the monetary balance, and one of the most important pillars of an attractive environment for the investments they whether domestic or foreign, and these investments are mainly the driving force of the economic activity.
