Abstract

Abstract This dissertation explores the training of primary school teachers in district no. 2 of M’daourouch, willaya of Souk-Ahras. It aims to provide a comprehensive overview of initial and in-service teacher training, and to assess the impact of this training on teachers' ability to meet pupils' needs and create an optimal learning environment. The central issue is how to train primary school teachers effectively. The study combines theoretical and practical analysis, including a survey and interviews with teachers, primary school inspectors and a school principal. ----------------- تلخيص تستكشف هذه الأطروحة تدريب معلمي المدارس الابتدائية في المنطقة رقم 2 في مداوروش بولاية سوق أهراس. وتهدف إلى تقديم لمحة شاملة عن تدريب المعلمين الأولي وأثناء الخدمة، وتقييم أثر هذا التدريب على قدرة المعلمين على تلبية احتياجات التلاميذ وتهيئة بيئة تعليمية مثالية. وتتمثل القضية المحورية في كيفية تدريب معلمي المدارس الابتدائية بفعالية. وتجمع الدراسة بين التحليل النظري والعملي، بما في ذلك إجراء دراسة استقصائية ومقابلات مع المعلمين ومفتشي المدارس الابتدائية ومدير المدرسة. --------------- Résumé Ce mémoire de recherche explore la formation des enseignants du cycle primaire dans la circonscription n°2 de M'daourouch, wilaya de Souk-Ahras. Il vise à dresser un état des lieux exhaustif de la formation initiale et continue des enseignants, et à évaluer l'impact de ces formations sur la capacité des enseignants à répondre aux besoins des élèves et à créer un environnement d'apprentissage optimal. La problématique centrale est de déterminer comment former efficacement les enseignants du primaire. L'étude combine analyse théorique et pratique, incluant une enquête et des entretiens avec les enseignants, inspecteurs de cycle primaire et une directrice d'école.
